PROJECT MANAGEMENT

TOTAL EVENT ORGANISATION.
Including all elements relative to your event organised on your behalf. We can also organise such elements as your organisation requires in New Zealand or offshore.
Venue Location Service. We do the investigation and booking of venues which meet your specifications, liaise with management, arrange accommodation, catering and conference services.
Delegate Registration. Distribution and receipt of registration documentation by mail or electronic mail, process to computerised database, confirmation and report.
On-site management. Conference day-support, registration, technical management, and venue liaison.
Destination Management. Coordination of your programme or extra-curricular activities at the location of your choice.
TRAVELLING CONFERENCE.
Your event organised in several locations within a short time-frame with key speakers and personnel travelling to each location.
We will source for any client, in NZ or from overseas, suppliers of services required for your conference, seminar or event. We will obtain competitive quotes to meet your specifications, negotiate on your behalf or enable you to work directly with your chosen supplier. These may be in the following areas:
